As pictured “pop-ups” can be made in an infinite range of contours, shapes, sizes, stock weights and styles. Pop-ups ALWAYS draw attention, generate interest, intrigue and emotional involvement. Pop-ups are supported in a book context or a 4-page folder. They always (to my knowledge) require die-cutting, gluing and some degree of hand assembly.
Are pop-ups expensive? Yes!
Are they effective? Extremely effective!
They engage the user. They involve the user/customer. I can think of very few paper products that get such “a big bang for the buck” as do pop-ups!
