With 4 Bobst/Brausse die cutters, we are able to offer customers with folding jobs add-ons like Die Perforating. Die Perforating can be used for a range of applications from perforated tear-strip envelopes and boxes to peel-back windows (as shown below).
For a project like the one shown above, we take pre-perforated sheets (whether die-perfed in-house or supplied press-perfed), fold multiple panels and inline glue with lines or dots of glue. Then, the last two panels are folded together resulting in a piece that can be peeled open or lifted up.
