What is a Cross Folder? A Cross Folder is a five-panel brochure, that folds down to the size of one panel. We fold these automatically in quantities from 1,000 to 100,000s. Most Cross Fold brochures need to be die-cut, which greatly increases the cost of the job.
We’ve come up with a way to reduce the cost of a Cross Folder! The end result is what looks like a Cross Folder, but upon close examination, what we have done is glued a 3-panel roll folded piece onto the center panel of another 3-panel piece. We then do the final 2 folds and voila! A Modified Cross Folder. The diagram below shows how these two pieces fit together.
