All of our work is custom so we do not have price lists for our services. We provide estimates for projects and base the price on the quantity, stocks, inks, special finishing or assembly and project timeline. Our minimum charge for projects is $300.

Jobs are invoiced the day they ship. For first-time clients, full payment (cash, visa or certified cheque) is due upon completion of the work and before time of shipment. For other clients, payment term is NET 30 days unless notified. Accounts overdue by more than 90 days will be turned over to a collection agency. Interest charge of 1.5% per month or 18% per year will be applied to all overdue accounts.

Revisions to text or design components requested after formatted layouts with text have been provided are not included in the estimate. Professional fees and materials costs incurred for revisions will be charged at our standard rate.

We work with clients in Europe, Asia and North America and ship outside of Canada. All estimates and invoices are in Canadian dollars. The client agrees to pay all applicable duty, taxes and/or customs fees, which are in addition to the shipping cost.

Our approximate pricing for letterpress business cards is $400 per colour for 500 cards. Final pricing is based on the materials, additional finishing and timeline.

We accept Adobe Illustrator or PDF files at 100% size with a minimum of 800 dpi. Any bitmap TIF images must be embedded. All type must be converted to outlines and have crop marks. A PDF for viewing and laser proofs at 100% must be supplied.
